We offer four packages, through the Bulgarian Accommodation website

1) Full Management and Advertising package - this package covers everything you need to advertise your property and to rent out your property to guests. See below for full prices and details of what this package includes.

2) Advertising Only Package - this package helps to find you bookings for your property via the Bulgarian Accommodation website, and lets your guests book their transfers and excursions through us at very reasonable prices. See below for full prices and details of what this package includes.

3) Management Only Package - this includes cleaning, key handover and laundry of towels and bedclothes at reasonable prices. See below for full prices and details of what this package includes.

4) Furnishing Only Package - this includes the furnishing of your property so that it is ready to be rented out or lived in. See below for an example of prices.

Anyone who uses any of our four packages above is entitled to a discount of 25% off the cost of advertising from our associates at

Advertising on our website, www.bulgarianaccommodation.com. We have an ongoing advertising and marketing campaign.

You will have online updating of availability and property information via the Bulgarian Accommodation website. Payments and enquiries will be made direct to you, the owner.

Access to online transfers, excursions and ski packages via the Bulgarian Accommodation website, with discounts for all property owners.

Cleaning during the stay of guests and after they leave.

Key handover to your guests. We also provide them with the registration documents for when they leave Bulgaria.

Laundry of sheets and towels for occupied weeks while your guests are staying and after they leave.

Help with furnishing your apartment, help with translation of documents, help to set up direct debits for payment of electric and water, help to arrange security, help to arrange painters, gardeners and joiners and help to find builders for renovations etc.

Leaving your property comfortably furnished so that your property is ready to rent out to guests or to be lived in.

We will e-mail or post you an itemised list of furnishings, with photographs from which you can choose exactly which furnishings you would like.

The furnishings you choose from this list determines the price for furnishing the apartment.
